Editing

When editing the thriller opening within our group, we took it in turns and did small sections of editing each. We edited the first two shots of the thriller to make it seem as though it was recorded by a CCTV camera. We did this by creating a 'recording' sign and a red button to match. We also changed the colour of these clips to black and white o make it look more like a CCTV camera. We left the transitions as they were throughout the thriller opening as we thought that was the best way to have it. We added a 'gunshot' noise into our clip at two consecutive points. We downloaded a 'gunshot' and then added this to our thriller where the gun is supposed to be shot. We also added a title at the end of the clip and we used a 'blood splat' clip to accompany our title.
